Sometimes what's needed is to just rest

Sometimes what's needed is to just rest.  No reading, no thinking, no doing; just resting.  Just gently breathing; no effort.  Just being still, just resting; giving the body I chance to sort itself out.  No thinking, no judging, no planning; just being still, and giving the body I chance to just completely rest for a moment.  No thinking, no effort, just being still and silent and breathing and present in and for the body for a moment, this moment; just a chance for the body to get settled a bit.  Sometimes what's needed is to just rest.
